I received a too-bad-to-be-true news today.
Eversince Ondoy happened, for some unknown reasons our water bill decreased tremendously. We did not report it to NAWASA though. So, for the past four months, (october 2009 - january 2010) we enjoyed the priviledge of paying little bills. But this afternoon, while eating my dinner my grandma approached me and broke the big news. Our water bill for February is 8995.00 pesos.
